Malibu Country Mart is full of the cutest shops filled with the most gorgeous clothing. That being said- also very expensive. So I would be lying if I said I didn’t do more trying on for fun than actual purchasing. But nevertheless, the Mart is filled with unique shops, some of the best brands around and accompanied by an ocean view which makes it the perfect place to spend any afternoon.
Some of my favorite stores in this world famous center are Planet Blue, Wildfox, Levi’s, Urban Outfitters, and Burro.
I loved walking through each store and getting to feel the vibe they wanted to create and try on the cute clothes they displayed. The first 4 stores I mentioned are mainly focused on clothing and have more cute things than I could ever need (need, not want). The last store, Burro, is different than most. You walk in and are immediately greeted by the scent of fresh wood (on my list for top 5 favorites) and the walls are lined with cards, toys, and knick-knacks that you didn’t even know you needed (but definitely do now)…
Make sure you don’t start your experience, empty handed. Pick up a Starbuck’s on the corner and you might even see a celeb (like Caitlyn Jenner as you grab your drink from the counter!)
Shop around, look around, and enjoy the cutest brick center in the heart of Malibu.
We finished our experience at Café Habana where I had the most delicious taco salad and corn on the cob. Another hang out favored by many stars!! The atmosphere is seclusive and authentic.
There are so many stores in this small area and I have much more exploring to do. Be back real soon, Malibu!!
